Ankrolab Brewing Company
3555 Bayshore Dr, Naples
The brewers at Ankrolab Brewing Company are passionate about the beers they produce. Interesting, they first use a reverse osmosis system to filter their water for brewing.
As a result, the water comes out so pure it needs to be remineralized before it can be used.
What does this mean for you, the beer lover?
Only that the water used to make the beer you’re drinking mimics the water where the style of beer was created.
Which is pretty much everything!
This takes time but for the folks at Ankrolab, it’s what they do.
And the proof is in their wonderful brews.
Stop by Ankrolab and enjoy a classic Quip and Qualm Belgian Quadruple, or something unique like the Passion Fruit Beermosas.
Stout lovers will love Fat Guy in a Little Oat, one of my favorites! It’s rich and coffee-like!
And take home a crowler or a growler to enjoy later.
The great setting is just the start of a fun afternoon at Ankrolab brewery in Naples
