Miami Spice Restaurant Months – Miami

When: August and September 2026
Where: Various participating Miami restaurants
More information: Miami Spice Restaurant Months is a two-month-long dining experience organized by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB)

Each of the 150+ participating restaurants creates three-course lunch/brunch and dinner menus at a fixed price — $30/$35 for brunch and lunch, and $45/$60 for dinner.
This event is an excellent opportunity to explore the Miami food scene. Miami Spice celebrates its 25th year in 2026.

57th Annual Wausau Funday and Possum Festival – Chipley

When: July 31st and August 1st, 2026
Where: The Possum Palace, 3121 Possum Palace Dr., Chipley, FL 32428
More information: The 57th Annual Wausau Funday and Possum Festival is an annual Florida event in August.
This unique celebration of possums includes live entertainment, a parade, games, and more. (No possums are hurt at this event.)

DanceAfrica Miami 2026 – Miami Gardens

10th Annual Tiki Fest – Punta Gorda

8th Annual Tallahassee Beer Festival

When: August 8th, 2026
Where: The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, 505 W Pensacola St, Tallahassee, FL 32301
More information: Your 8th Anniversary of the Tallahassee Beer Festival ticket gets unlimited samples from 110 breweries — national, regional, and home brewers.

They expect more than 300 different fermentations, from ales and lagers to ciders and sparking sodas and wine.
All net proceeds go directly back to participating United Partners for Human Services member agencies.

6th Annual Space Coast Wing Battle – Melbourne

More information: The Space Coast Wing Battle is a ticketed, 21+ event that includes unlimited wing samplings, domestic beer, and hard seltzers.

More information: Magical Dining is a 6-week culinary event. This year marks its 21st anniversary.

It’s a great way to check out Orlando’s food scene, with some of the city’s best restaurants offering fixed-price three-course dinners.
