Pelican Bay Neighborhoods and Condo Buildings

Pelican Bay isn't one property type — it's dozens of distinct neighborhoods, each with its own character, price point, and building age. Browse by category below, or contact me for help narrowing down which fits your lifestyle and budget.

High-Rise Condo Towers

Beachfront and near-beach towers with concierge service, resort-style amenities, and Gulf views.

Examples: Mystique, Epique, Montenero, Marbella, Grosvenor, Coronado, Dorchester, St. Tropez, St. Raphael, Cap Ferrat, Claridge, Heron, Stratford

Mid-Rise & Low-Rise Condos

Smaller boutique buildings, typically 3–8 stories, often closer to the golf course or interior lakes.

Examples: Chateaumere, Renaissance, Crescent, Pebble Creek, Valencia, Avalon, Barrington Club, Breakwater, Calais, Glencove, Sanctuary, Serendipity, Willow Brook

Villas & Attached Homes

Low-maintenance attached living, often single-story with private garages.

Examples: Bay Villas, Beauville, Grand Bay, Carlton Place, Cocobay, Interlachen, Las Brisas, San Marino, St. Andrews, Tierra Mar

Detached estates on larger homesites, several within gated sub-neighborhoods.

Examples: Pelican Bay Woods, Oakmont, Georgetown, Cambridge, Jamestown, Pinecrest, Waterford, Pointe Verde

Bay Colony

A separately gated, guard-secured enclave within Pelican Bay, generally commanding the highest per-square-foot prices in the community. Includes its own high-rise towers, single-family homes, and a private beach club in addition to full Pelican Bay Foundation privileges.

Amenities: What Do Pelican Bay Residents Get?

Beach clubs. Two private, resident-only beach clubs sit along three miles of Gulf frontage, each with indoor and outdoor dining, full bar service, restrooms, and chair/umbrella service on the sand. A solar-powered tram carries residents from the community's interior, through the Clam Bay mangrove conservation area, out to the beach.

Golf. Club Pelican Bay offers 27 holes across three nine-hole courses, originally designed by Arthur Hills and renovated in recent years alongside a two-story, roughly 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. Membership is separate from Foundation dues and has historically operated with a waitlist — availability should be confirmed directly with the club.

Tennis. With 18 Har-Tru courts split between two tennis centers, Pelican Bay runs one of the more active club tennis programs in Naples, including leagues, round-robins, and professional instruction from October through April.

Fitness & wellness. Multiple fitness centers, group classes (yoga, pilates, strength, Zumba), a spa with on-site therapists, and private training are included as part of Foundation membership.

Community center. A roughly 25,000-square-foot community center hosts card games, lectures, dinners, and social clubs, and can be reserved for private events.

Nature & recreation. The 570-acre Clam Bay conservation area offers kayaking, canoeing, and walking trails through protected mangrove forest — watercraft are available to residents at no additional cost.
