Amenities: What Do Pelican Bay Residents Get?
Beach clubs. Two private, resident-only beach clubs sit along three miles of Gulf frontage, each with indoor and outdoor dining, full bar service, restrooms, and chair/umbrella service on the sand. A solar-powered tram carries residents from the community's interior, through the Clam Bay mangrove conservation area, out to the beach.
Golf. Club Pelican Bay offers 27 holes across three nine-hole courses, originally designed by Arthur Hills and renovated in recent years alongside a two-story, roughly 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. Membership is separate from Foundation dues and has historically operated with a waitlist — availability should be confirmed directly with the club.
Tennis. With 18 Har-Tru courts split between two tennis centers, Pelican Bay runs one of the more active club tennis programs in Naples, including leagues, round-robins, and professional instruction from October through April.
Fitness & wellness. Multiple fitness centers, group classes (yoga, pilates, strength, Zumba), a spa with on-site therapists, and private training are included as part of Foundation membership.
Community center. A roughly 25,000-square-foot community center hosts card games, lectures, dinners, and social clubs, and can be reserved for private events.
Nature & recreation. The 570-acre Clam Bay conservation area offers kayaking, canoeing, and walking trails through protected mangrove forest — watercraft are available to residents at no additional cost.
